VAT will be added to invoices at the applicable rate.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>2. Licence Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The customer organisation may purchase any number of licences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Licences are per-user but may be transferred to a new user within the organisation via the Vaula CRM user management settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Purchased licences are non-refundable if the number of users decreases during a billing cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Additional licences may be purchased at any time. The licence fee will be prorated for the remaining billing cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>3. Changing Subscriptions and Billing Cycles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Switching between monthly and annual billing is permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Changes to billing or licence count take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Billing takes place in advance according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>4. Price Changes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider reserves the right to amend pricing. Existing customers will be notified of price changes by email at least 60 days before they take effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If the User does not accept the new pricing, they may cancel their subscription before the price change takes effect without additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>5. Cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Subscriptions may be cancelled through the Vaula CRM application or by contacting info@vaulacrm.fi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. The Customer will retain access to the Service until the end of that period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Subscription fees or billing periods that have already been paid will not be refunded if the subscription is cancelled during an ongoing billing period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The free trial may be cancelled at any time during the trial period at no cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The Service Provider will send the Customer an email reminder 14 days before access to the Service ends and the Customer\u2019s data is deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The Customer may export their data in a machine-readable format (CSV or equivalent) before access to the Service ends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">After access to the Service has ended, the Customer\u2019s environment and all data contained within it will be deleted within 30 days. Deleted data cannot be restored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>6. Payment, Billing and Delivery of the Service<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Vaula CRM is a SaaS service delivered electronically. Provisioning of the Service will begin after the order has been placed. The Service Provider will contact the Customer within 24 hours and provide the information required to access and start using the Service electronically. No separate delivery fees are charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The payment methods available for the order are shown during the payment process. Online payments are processed through Paytrail Oyj, which acts as the payment service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If the Customer pays for the Service by invoice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">invoices will be sent electronically to the billing address provided by the Customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">the payment term is 14 days net from the invoice date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">overdue payments are subject to statutory interest on late payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">a payment reminder will be sent for unpaid invoices. If a payment is more than 30 days overdue, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend access to the Service until the outstanding payment has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment Service Provider<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment Service Provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. Governing Law and Disputes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">These subscription terms are governed by Finnish law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation between the parties. If negotiations do not lead to resolution, disputes will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">8. Term and Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The Agreement remains in force until further notice and begins when the Service is taken into use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer may cancel the Service at any time through the Vaula CRM application or by providing written notice to <a href=\"mailto:info@vaulacrm.fi\">info@vaulacrm.fi<\/a>.
